Commitment to Engagement
Understanding what’s important to the community and other stakeholders will enable Mirvac to deliver positive outcomes for all. Mirvac has developed a stakeholder engagement strategy which is designed to ensure our stakeholders – including the community - have a voice throughout the various stages of the development. Feedback received throughout this engagement process will be used to guide and inform Mirvac as they work through the planning and delivery stages of the masterplan.
Community Notifications
ISLE NIGHT WORKS
Tuesday 3rd June, between the hours of 7pm-4am.
There are upcoming necessary night works and lane closure commencing on 57 Skyring Terrace.
As construction continues to progress at Waterfront Newstead, Mirvac Construction and Energex will be conducting night works on Skyring Terrace at Newstead. Energex has been granted an out-of-hours permit from Brisbane City Council to install and energise a Pad-Mounted Transformer at Isle.
The approval from Brisbane City Council is for overnight work on Tuesday 3rd June, between the hours of 7pm and 4am. The out of hours construction works have been approved as a lane closure is required which can only be undertaken after 7pm to minimise disruption to traffic on Skyring Terrace.
Mirvac and Energex have worked closely with Brisbane City Council to ensure that noise is mitigated as best as practically possible.

LIV Anura Road Closure
There are upcoming necessary road works and lane closure to Skyring Terrace as we near the completion of LIV Anura.
A single lane closure will be in place on Skyring Terrace between Wyandra and Cunningham Streets for completion of kerb, channel and line marking works (Lane Closure permit #220187).
These works will occur over the following times:
• From Saturday 17 May 2025 8:00pm to Sunday 18 May 2025 5:00am
Alternative shifts (only as required):
• From Monday 19 May 2025 8:00pm to Tuesday 20 May 2025 5:00am
• From Tuesday 20 May 2025 8:00pm to Wednesday 21 May 2025 5:00am
All efforts will be made to expedite the kerb, channel and line marking works to minimise the impact on the community.

FOOTPATH CLOSURE – LIV ANURA SITE
Thank you for your on-going patience as we progress construction of LIV Anura at 60 Skyring Terrace.
A courtesy note to advise that the Festival Place footpath along the LIV Anura site has been closed to public access.
We anticipate the footpath closure to remain in place until the end of this year.
Please note all relevant approvals are currently in place.

Construction Updates
QUAY WATERFRONT NEWSTEAD CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
We’re excited to share that Quay is approaching a major milestone, with overall project completion just weeks away. Rooftop pool tiling has been completed and ground floor water features filled. The common area finishes are also nearing completion ready for purchaser to enjoy. The remaining landscaping will be installed in the coming weeks.
We look forward to welcoming our new residents starting mid-June.

ISLE WATERFRONT NEWSTEAD CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Tower construction has begun, with level 3 slab underway.
Our team continues to work behind the scenes on exciting aspects, including tree procurement, public artwork, and retail spaces.

LIV ANURA CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Key Milestone Achieved: Major plant and equipment have been installed with commissioning and testing underway and ongoing. You may have already caught glimpses of our ground plane where external hard landscaping has commenced to Skyring Terrace.
Apartment Progress: Fit out is progressing to Tower 1 Level 25 and Tower 2 Level 23, the final levels! Additionally, apartment services fit off is completed to Tower 2 and ready for fit out on Tower 1.
Art Installation: Feature sculptural hanging artworks by Gregor Kregar is complete and fully installed to the breezeway from Skyring Terrace leading to Festival Place. Best viewing is observed at nighttime!
Furnished Apartments: All our beautiful furniture from MCM House has arrived on time and in the country, we anticipate delivery and installation to site to commence late May.

SKY STAGE 3 UPDATE
In May 2024, Mirvac lodged a Development Application (DA) for the third and final stage of the ‘Sky Precinct’ as part of our $1 billion Waterfront Newstead masterplanned integrated residential community.
The proposed building is located on the corner of Cunningham Street and Skyring Terrace and complements the design of the previous two buildings within the Sky Precinct - Quay and Isle, both under construction. The newest stage proposes 138 one to four-bedroom apartments across 27 levels along with basement car parking, ground floor retail and rooftop amenity totalling 31-levels.
More than 60 per cent of the final stage will be dedicated to open space, bringing the total area of subtropical parklands delivered across the three stages of the Sky Precinct to over 8,500sqm.
The proposed open space also includes a new Civic Square on the corner of Cunningham Street and Skyring Terrace which will welcome people to the precinct and connect the Gasworks shopping centre with Waterfront Park.
The Development Application has now been approved, and can be viewed on Brisbane City Council's online portal here.
